Will Restore and Steady
And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
1 Peter 5:10 (NIV)
Peter closes with quadruple promise: the God of all grace, calling to eternal glory in Christ, after suffering awhile, will restore, confirm, strengthen, establish. Peace after awhile. Suffering with deadlines and purpose. God times pains perfecting repairs. Brief suffering, much steadying.
The God of all grace: fountains covering every lack. Grace for suffering, waiting, restarting. All grace for all pain. Called to eternal glory: destiny guarantees journeys. Whoever knows glorious ends endures painful middles. Eternity outweighs instants. Eternal perspective pacifies temporal afflictions.

And wait steadied: brief sufferings breed eternal foundations. Wait steadied today. Brief sufferings breed. Endure hopefully. Trust Surgeon. Hope dated. Hope dated and certain. Rest assured. Heal fully. Rise strong. Stand firm. Shine forth. Prevail.
