I the Lord do not change.

Malachi 3:6 (NIV)

Malachi delivers the Old Testament's theological anchor: I the Lord do not change — so you, Jacob's descendants, are not destroyed. Divine immutability grounds our survival: if God shifted as we shift, consumption would follow. Our oscillations meet His constancy; our unfaithfulness, His faithfulness. He never changes — saving us thereby.

Courage leans on the Immutable. Circumstances shift, people shift, feelings shift — God never does. Millennia-old promises hold today at full strength; Sinai-revealed character matches living-room reality. Builders on the Immutable cross earthquakes singing; builders on shifting things live permanently panicked. Rock is no pretty metaphor but safe address.

Anchoring in the Immutable today: recalling ancient promises, confessing recent oscillations, resting in His constancy. I do not change: God says so you may change — for better.

Divine constancies sustain human changes. Leaning today, transforming. Rest unshaken today. Human shifts need divine fixed points daily. Fix eyes today on the Immutable. Feelings pass; promises stand forever. Rest in never-failing constancy completely. Anchored souls weather every storm calmly. Tie ropes to eternal Rocks. Drifting ends where anchoring begins. Hold fast today.

And announcing the Immutable: shifting-sand worlds need eternal Rocks.
