No Superstitions

They are full of superstitions from the East.

Isaiah 2:6 (NIV)

Isaiah explains God's withdrawal: you have abandoned your people, because they are full of superstitions from the East; they practice divination like the Philistines and clasp hands with pagans. Judah blended faith with imported mysticism — eastern horoscopes, forbidden consultations, profane alliances. Syncretism empties temples: God withdraws where His glory is shared. Mixed service is no service — treason in uniform.

Serving purely demands daily vigilance. Our superstitions wear modern names: charms, “energies,” morning horoscopes, gospel-flavored fortune-telling, alliances demanding silenced faith. Every mixture seems harmless till God steps back — His absence felt in soul drought. Purity is no prudishness but exclusivity of lovers: serving One alone because loving One alone.

Clean your service today: dropping one dubious practice, breaking one faith-muting deal, trading divination for prayer. No superstitions: clean hands serve best, pure hearts see God.

Purity attracts presence. Cleanse today; He draws near. Divided hearts serve halfway and tire wholly. Choose today one Lord, one Word, one way. Exclusivity with God multiplies authority in service. Cleanse altars, smash idols, feel presence returning. Serve purely, love solely, walk closely from today onward. Purity wins heaven's nearness. Undivided hearts carry undivided blessings.
